Intelli-Life pulls your Google, Outlook and school calendars into one family feed, then lines them up next to the meals, bills and chores that already live in the app, so everyone can see what is actually happening on any given day.
Ask the assistant to check what is on, add an event or move a pickup time, and it makes the change in that one shared feed instead of leaving you to update three different apps by hand. The assistant only tells you an event has been added or moved once that change has genuinely been saved, so you can trust what it says.
Intelli-Life is made in Australia and is available on iPhone and Android, so the same merged calendar is on hand whether you check it from the kitchen, the car or the school car park.
How it works
- Connect your calendars. Link your Google and Outlook calendars, plus school events from supported school apps. Intelli-Life keeps them in sync.
- See everything together. Meals, bills, chores and birthdays already tracked in Intelli-Life show up on the same feed as your synced events, so nothing is hiding in a separate app.
- Ask the assistant. Use voice or chat to ask what is on today, add a new event or check when the next school event falls. The assistant makes the change in the calendar itself, not just in the conversation.
- Check from any device. The family feed is available on iPhone and Android, so whoever is out the door first can see the day at a glance, and whoever gets home last can catch up just as quickly.
- Keep the rest of the household in view. Because the calendar sits inside Intelli-Life rather than on its own, the same screen that shows your synced events also shows the meals, bills and chores that make up the rest of the week.
