Chore app for kids

Chore charts on the fridge get forgotten, and asking every child individually what they still need to do gets old fast. Intelli-Life gives each kid their own sign-in with a PIN, so they can see their own chores and reward points on their own dashboard without needing a parent to unlock anything.

Because kids have their own sign-in, the household’s finances, bills and health records stay hidden from them. They see their chores and their points, nothing else.

Intelli-Life is made in Australia and is available on iPhone and Android, so a kid’s chores and points are just as easy to check from a tablet on the bench as from a parent’s phone.

For a busy household, that separation matters as much as the convenience: kids get a dashboard that is genuinely theirs, sized to what they need to see, while parents keep the household’s finances, bills and health records on their own sign-in.

How it works

  1. Set up a PIN for each kid. Each child gets their own PIN to sign in, whether on a shared household device or their own.
  2. Kids see their own dashboard. Once signed in, a child sees only their own chores and reward points, not the rest of the household’s admin.
  3. Sensitive areas stay hidden. Finances, bills and health records are not shown on a kid’s dashboard at all, no matter how a child navigates around the app.
  4. Track progress from any device. Parents can check progress on iPhone or Android, and kids can check their own points the same way.
  5. Ask the assistant to update a chore. A parent can use voice or chat to add or change a chore, and the assistant only confirms it once the change has actually been saved to the child’s dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

How do kids sign in?

Each child signs in with their own PIN, separate from a parent’s account.

What can a kid see once they sign in?

A kid’s dashboard shows their own chores and reward points. It does not show the household’s finances, bills or health records.

Can more than one child use the same device?

Yes. Each child signs in with their own PIN, so a shared family device can still show the right chores and points for whoever is using it.

How do reward points work?

Reward points are shown on each child’s own dashboard alongside their chores, so they can see their own progress.

Can a parent add or change a chore?

Yes. Ask the assistant by voice or chat to add or update a chore, and it only confirms the change once it has actually been saved.

Is the chore app free to use?

Intelli-Life is free during beta and does not need a card to start. It is also made in Australia.
