Delete your Intelli-Life account
You can delete your Intelli-Life account and its data at any time, directly in the app. You do not need to contact us first.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Intelli-Life and sign in.
- Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account, below Sign Out.
- Enter your password to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials are deleted immediately, along with your personal records in every household you belong to (points, completions, notifications, preferences and devices).
- If you are the only administrator of a household, the entire household is permanently deleted with your account: calendar, tasks, meals, shopping, bills, documents, vault and all other household content.
- If a household has another administrator, shared household content (for example a bill the family still pays) is kept for the remaining members, with your personal attribution removed.
Retention
Deletion takes effect immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days. We keep nothing beyond that unless the law requires it.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@intelliinfra.ai from your account email address and we will delete your account for you within 7 days.
